OUR PROMISE We want you to be completely happy with your Lumara panel. If for any reason you are not, we will make it right. 30-DAY RETURNS You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your panel for a full refund. No questions asked. To start a return, email us at hello@lumara.co.uk with your order number and we will arrange everything. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If your panel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the damage. We will send a replacement free of charge. WRONG SIZE If you ordered the wrong size, contact us and we will do our best to arrange an exchange. Please check our Size Guide before ordering to make sure you get the right one first time. CONDITION OF RETURNS Returned panels must be in their original condition with the protective film intact. Panels that have been installed and show signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.
