We want you to be completely happy with your Lumara panel. Here's everything you need to know about our returns policy.
Standard Panels — 30-Day Returns
Standard panels (43", 50", 55", 60", 65", 70", 75") can be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
Change of mind: You may return a standard panel within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility in this case. The panel must be returned in its original condition with the protective film intact.
Panel doesn't fit your TV: If your standard panel doesn't fit correctly, contact us and we'll arrange return shipping at no cost to you. We'll issue a full refund or help you find the right solution. To avoid this, email us your TV make and model before ordering — we'll confirm compatibility within a few hours.
Panel arrives damaged: If your panel arrives damaged, we'll replace it free of charge. No return required — just send us a photo and we'll get a replacement out to you immediately.
Custom Panels — No Returns
Custom panels are cut to your exact specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. As bespoke items made to your specification, custom panels are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before ordering — and if you'd like us to double-check them against your TV model, email us before you buy.
Custom panel arrives damaged: If your custom panel arrives damaged, we'll replace it free of charge. No return required — just send us a photo and we'll arrange a replacement.
Will It Fit My TV?
Standard panels are precision-cut to industry-standard TV dimensions. They fit the vast majority of TVs at each size. Not sure about your specific model? Email us your TV make and model at bylumara@gmail.com before ordering — we'll confirm compatibility within a few hours. For a guaranteed exact fit, order a custom panel with your TV's exact measurements.
How to Start a Return
Email us at bylumara@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with instructions.
Refund Timeframe
Once we receive your return and confirm it's in original condition, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
