Questions, answered

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. If your TV isn't one of our seven standard sizes we can cut a panel to your exact screen dimensions. Prices start from £119. Email bylumara@gmail.com with your TV make, model and screen size.

How do I know which size to order?

Measure your TV screen diagonally from corner to corner — the screen only, not the frame. Match that measurement to our size guide. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one. Not sure? Your TV model number usually contains the screen size — a Samsung UE55 has a 55" screen.

How is it installed?

Hook the bent tabs at the top of the panel over your TV's bezel. Secure the adjustable straps at the bottom. No tools, no drilling, no adhesives. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. A QR code in the box links to a video walkthrough if you need it.

Will it affect picture quality?

No. Lumara panels are made from optical-grade polycarbonate which is completely clear. There is no noticeable difference in picture quality, brightness, or colour accuracy.

How long does delivery take?

Standard sizes are in stock and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Custom sizes are dispatched within 10 working days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What if it doesn’t fit my TV?

We offer 30-day no-quibble returns. If your panel doesn't fit, contact us at bylumara@gmail.com and we'll sort it. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering.

Will it yellow over time?

Lumara uses Palram PALSUN polycarbonate which is UV-stabilised and rated for outdoor use. Under normal indoor conditions it won't yellow. It's built to last.
