HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?
Order the size your TV is advertised as — most model numbers contain it. For example, a Samsung UE55CU7100 is a 55" TV and an LG 65QNED80 is a 65". If you're unsure, check the sticker on the back of your TV or your original receipt — or email us your TV make and model at bylumara@gmail.com and we'll confirm the right panel before you order.

WILL IT AFFECT MY TV'S PICTURE QUALITY?
Lumara panels are optical-grade and virtually invisible when watching. In very bright or sunlit rooms you may notice slightly more reflection than the bare screen — the same as any glass or polycarbonate protector. Colour, brightness, and sharpness are unaffected.

HOW DOES IT INSTALL?
The panel has bent tabs at the top that hook over your TV's bezel. Adjustable nylon straps secure the bottom. No tools, no drilling, no adhesives. The full process takes under 2 minutes and there is a video guide linked via QR code in the box.

WILL IT FIT MY TV BRAND?
Standard panels are precision-cut to industry-standard TV dimensions and fit the vast majority of TVs at each size across all major brands including Samsung, LG, Sony, Hisense, Panasonic, TCL, and Philips. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard sizes are currently dispatched within 10 working days. Custom sizes are precision-cut to your exact dimensions and dispatched within 10 working days. You will receive a tracking number when your panel is dispatched, and delivery is free and tracked across the UK.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
30-day returns on standard panels. If you are not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a return and full refund. Custom panels are non-returnable as they are precision-cut to your exact specifications.

WHAT IF MY PANEL ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We guarantee safe delivery. If your panel arrives damaged in transit, contact us with a photo and we will send a replacement free of charge, no questions asked.

CAN I USE THIS ON A WALL-MOUNTED TV?
Yes. The Lumara mounting system works on both stand-mounted and wall-mounted TVs.

WHAT ARE THE PANELS MADE FROM?
Optical-grade polycarbonate — 3mm for sizes 43" to 60" and 4mm for sizes 65" to 75". Polycarbonate is the same material used in riot shields and aircraft windows. Its key advantage is exceptional impact resistance — it absorbs and deflects impacts that would crack or shatter glass or acrylic.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE PANEL?
Use a soft microfibre cloth with warm soapy water. Never dry-wipe the panel — dust particles can cause micro-scratches. Avoid solvents, glass cleaners, or abrasive cloths. A clean panel wipes spotless in seconds.

WILL IT MAKE MY TV OVERHEAT?
No. The silicone standoff feet hold the panel slightly away from the screen, leaving a ventilation gap. TVs vent heat from the rear, not the front, so airflow is unaffected.

CAN MY CHILD PULL IT OFF THE TV?
The panel is secured by both the bent tabs at the top and the adjustable straps at the bottom — it takes deliberate adult effort to remove. For homes with climbers, we also recommend anchoring stand-mounted TVs to the wall with an anti-tip strap regardless — a Lumara protects the screen, an anti-tip strap protects your child.

DOES IT WORK WITH A SOUNDBAR IN FRONT OF THE TV?
It depends on the soundbar placement. If your soundbar sits on the TV unit below the screen, there is no issue. If your soundbar is attached to or directly in front of the bottom bezel, contact us at bylumara@gmail.com with your setup and we will advise before you order.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes. Every Lumara panel carries a 2-year warranty against yellowing, cracking, or manufacturing defects under normal use. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we will replace it.
